A hosting operations team reviewing connected billing and finance workflows

What is a WHMCS ERP integration?

A WHMCS ERP integration sends billing events and records into a wider business system. WHMCS continues to manage hosting automation and client billing. The ERP maps that activity to customers, products, bank deposits, journals, reports and operational workflows without manual re-entry.

A controlled accounting path

Every WHMCS event follows the same explainable route.

The connector is designed for hosting businesses that need automation and finance control at the same time.

01

WHMCS event

A client, invoice, transaction, credit or catalog change is captured.

02

Signed delivery

The module signs and queues the payload before delivery.

03

Tenant check

Connection identity, signature, time and replay rules are verified.

04

Mapping

Gateway, item, tax, currency and account relationships are applied.

05

Reconciliation

Final status, retries and exceptions remain visible to the company.

Hosting-specific controls

Built around the records a web host actually uses.

Generic accounting imports lose the relationship between a hosting product, domain, gateway and transaction. JielianERP preserves that context.

Customer identity

Create or relate WHMCS clients while guarding against cross-connection identity conflicts.

Invoice lifecycle

Create invoices, payments, refunds and credits with revision-aware processing.

Catalog relations

Map products, add-ons, domain extensions and invoice lines to ERP items and ledger accounts.

Gateway deposits

Choose a bank account, fee account, currency context and gross or net deposit behavior.

Retry and recovery

Recover stale work, retry failed events and see final status without duplicating a completed transaction.

Official integration boundary

Use WHMCS for automation. Use JielianERP for the company.

WHMCS officially supports remote APIs, hooks and add-on modules. JielianERP uses that integration model to receive source events without claiming to replace provisioning or registrar automation.

WHMCS remains the source

Billing and hosting automation stay in the platform already built for that job.

JielianERP adds operating depth

Accounting, banking, purchases, teams, projects and company reporting use the synchronized records.

The connector owns the boundary

Signed delivery, idempotency, tenant isolation, mapping locks and reconciliation protect the handoff.

Questions answered

Clear answers before a sales call.

What WHMCS data can JielianERP synchronize?

The current connector contract covers customers, invoices, transactions, credits, payment methods and catalog items. Catalog mapping includes products, add-ons, domain extensions and invoice lines.

How does the WHMCS connection stay secure?

Requests are signed with HMAC SHA-256, tied to a connection and protected against replay. Records and queries remain scoped to the company that owns the connection.

Can payment gateways map to different bank accounts?

Yes. Gateway relations can map to deposit and fee accounts, include currency context and choose gross or net deposit behavior.

What happens when a sync fails?

The connector keeps event status, retries recoverable work, flags records that need attention and reports final processing status back to the WHMCS module.
